Dear Mr Johnson,
I
received a letter from Pillar Property dated June 10th 2015 reflecting
the accounting position on their side there is a balance of $1.00 on my
account. As of this composing this email, I see where this
occurred. At first, I thought their accounting was wrong.
The amount on the rent - adjustment check for bank fee should have been $418.00.
It is now come to light. This will be fixed. I sending this email as I have composed it with
all things attached. It is just my process anyway to put everything on digital record. So this it.

So here is the breakdown, for the rental period of April 1st through June 30th is
a total of $443.00 X 3 = $1,329.00 considered due on time the 5th of June,
and late thereafter. I appreciate not having been charged a late fee for this
small oversight.
The total of the amounts paid by the tenant in 3 checks, less the amount of $25.00 for the
stop payment fee ( details above ) = $1,303.00
Lets now add for the Bank Stop Check Fee
$1,303.00 + 25.00 = $1,328.00
Yep, The $1.00 balance is showing on my side as well.
I did not realize the check for May was $1.00 short. That
just goes to proof one more point, of my mental status,
when I am trying to do math in my head without a calculator
exact, I have a tough time believe it or not.
In my IQ test I took in 2004,
I finally became aware of my deficiency scoring in "Computational Speed"
of 95. Even as simple as $25.00 subtraction should be, I obviously got it wrong
in my head and did not double check. I am sorry.

is also why I tend to stumble sometimes over my words when I am
involved in face to face conversation. If i am dealing with stress
for long periods, this is even more obvious. This is in
fact true of me. This is just so you know more about your Tenant.

Apartments, a place intented to be the home of persons living with
HIV/AIDS.

particular projects importance is a part of community I desire to share
and encourage others living here to join and participate in.

in the direct assistance in saving our lives by calculating new
chemical compounds as agents agents the virus that lives within our
bodies.
That is what my computer does and has been doing since I joined this project long time ago.
Every
involvement that I endure on attempting to create a community
