It is your position that I have, by my actions, have broken some kind of ruling or procedure or some kind stated non-truth in my of case management clause that allows a case manager to not truly represent the client-centered positions that was in fact a part of my initial sign up.

I have no case manager effective now?  Even though It is a legal requirement for such case management. 

STATE YOUR CASE. YOU HAVE NONE.



Exactly what non-peaceful methodology have I embarked upon to get answer for what should be client-centered services offered to me a client.

Why don't we just take a quick inventory of what has happened in all things that has happened.  Let's take an assessment of exactly who has been secretively working on whose side of client supportive care?

If Rocky Mountain Care's position is such an anti-civil society message that does not grant me civil rights as a person living with hiv/aids in this community to allow for the "policy pathways" to grant me my position without a back burning harassment campaign such as I have indeed endured over the past 16 months, your statements written are to be placed public for the record.

At last I have your position statement in writing, which is indeed what I requested before the end of business day 5pm on the 11th.

All you needed to do is remove yourself from attitudes, positions, and agenda and show yourself independent of of this secretive campaign to actual represent me, a citizen of the USA involved in this.   I have called it what it is.

-- a conspiracy the conspirators of which is a higher political powers both above me in leadership but must be above you as well.

I gave Cinamon Romero a choice as a person in the the methodology to which I have had to bring this forward in truth all things have been documented.

Her reactive calendar choice of non-attending my calendar event -- by reflecting a action on that matter --- gave me the answer I needed to remove her and Rocky Mountain Cares from the direct Mpatapo assessment as it was.  I did indeed plan on removing your named part of that document.

That does not resolve the matter however.

However it may not have been my ultimate desire to break this client dis-servicing association relationship between us, that is what you choose,
illegally by the way, with no due process. 

--- That was ultimately not my desire or agenda of choice.

But if you really feel that having cross public tagging to Rocky Mountain Cares social media -- as per Facebook allows -- is such a high degree of fault on my part for what I have had to bring forward in essence - I am the one showing truly visible to all the world.

When no one wants to come to the table and discuss the matters sensibly without an obvious secretive hidden agenda at work against me these many months, I question the integrity of all actors at all levels who need this secret to continue. 

If you do not like being TAGGED in SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS --- you have your choices.  (1) Accept what I have said in full public view is the truth because you offer no counterpointing discussion alternatives and for what is called "no policy pathways" for this client here, Mr James Martin Driskill, who has a initial career based set from my very first job working for the San Bernardino Public Library.  The Work Projects and Developments Achieved of the very first job I ever had creates a technology empowered embedded into my skill set that cannot 20 years or 30 years be removed from my character and my overall being to side swipe away my intelligence.
(2) DELINK yourself from your social media platforms that you do not engage in proper communication sharing.  You have no business creating a false record of trust when in fact it is a false record.

Those are your choices.

Ultimately, I am better off on my own without a case manager..  Not to say that that is a preferable outcome.

I challenge anyone -- anywhere - for reason -- to actually issue words of threats to bully me to change my direction of knowing right and wrong in all of these matters.

I am the one at a grassroots exchange with you all to call for something better than what I have been so far endured and received.

On June 21st 2006, I, the person here JAMES MARTIN DRISKILL personally walked into the OAKLAND FIELD OFFICE of the FEDERAL BUERERU OF INVESTIGATION on GRAND AVE to REPORT CIRCUMSTANCES INVOLVING MY LIFE.  I am indeed going to be following up similarly in today's world of events.

court prepared suit and tie ready to defend myself in court.

It was apparent, that at the time of 2005 through 2006, this same secretive hidden agenda was put into the targeting at me. 

In possession, (A)  letter directed to Dr. Robert C. Scott [ Now Deceased ],
who position in leadership was primary HIV/AIDS PHYSICIAN and other various other projects. His failure then and over the years before his death to actually explain the situation, keeps that secret alive when it should not have been.

If you notice, one of my last emails shows his email address in outgoing.  I hope he captured my message from beyond the grave.  Dr. Robert C. Scott and my father George Garfield Driskill are now both passed.  I take it that my father has indeed scolded Dr Scott for his role of silence against human being as his Son, my father.  I have faith that indeed that conversation between Mr Father and Dr. Scott has transpired.

YOU ARE FOLLOWING THE COURSEWORK OF CONTINUED DENIAL.

(B) Also in my possession was  VOTER REGISTRATION FROM for CALIFORNIA in which the email address field is filled out as:

The letter I wrote Dr. Scott had the presentation of my domain sets.

In 2006,among my problems being such evidence forward was the fact that what is now on the legal books as anti-bullying cyberbully laws were not yet placed onto the record so I could get investigative resources. 

That being the case, that does not make what I have had to say wrong and the powers set forth against me right.

I am right and they were wrong. Today in such, I am right and you are wrong.

You [ this elusive conspirators of something I cannot quite grasp of common wisdom ] continue this now in Denver when it would be apparent that I am the one who holds the true playing cards to the world wide order.

But this is not game, Ms. SouthAll that you are all playing against the true wellness of community that you so claim you represent support care.

Everywhere I go, there is a secret that no one wants to talk about.

Keep that secret, for that is the secret that you are afraid I will find out some how.  I basically have had said it quite plainly to the matter which such a secrets holds to cause and effect upon me specially.

The HIV/AIDS Supportive Care Network of both RYAN WHITE ACT AGENCY and HOUSING [ HOPWA ] Considers the lifespans of us causal to be not deserving of anything higher than a policy patchwork of supportive illusions as we go into our disease and die.

Everything set up policy wise, to reap as much monetary benefit from those of this who have structured themselves in legal organizations or such against this class as we die one client by client by one client die.

This has not been true in our disease for many years.  And in fact, if the sciences of oncoming truth, a cure is at the horizon -- -that I also delivered to you guys --

WE REQUIRE A NEW POLICY PATHWAY --  INSTEAD OF A SYSTEM THAT WAS DESIGNED WHEN WE WERE DYING ONE AFTER ONE, THAT SYSTEM OF SUPPORTIVE CARE MUST CHANGE  THAT WHICH WOULD BE REHABILITATION NOT CONTINUED SYSTEMATIC OPPRESSION.

Whether or not the outcome of our nation brings us now President Elect Trump over Clinton.   I voted for neither.

Dear Ms. D'Eugenio:

Enclosed you will find my response to what is the position of Rocky Mountain Cares to terminate my case management illegally with no due process.

She wishes to invoke bullying "shut up" threats of getting involved attorney's involved into these matters,. to which I welcome such a public forum.

As a matter of who I am?

I am just a single man -- -a client of hiv/aids supportive care services.

Back in 2005, I was involved in an eviction case.  Because I wish to have a voice and stand up, they slammed me down and I lost my case by default.

WHY was I so pressed to bring this forward?

Because I saw people in my inner world community in Oakland actually dying in our hiv/aids diseases for which in fact there was a hate campaign targeting ing harassment, cyber-bullying, cyber-stocking, cyber-hacking [ yes ] that I went to the Office of the FBI in Oakland to report activities against me.

There are no policy pathways granted clients to step forward and be heard.  Instead, anyone who dares cross authority receives a harrassment hate agenda performed in secret against them.

As such has been my case for going on more than 16 months.  It still has not terminated.

I receive the attached DOCUMENT under my door from TENANCY LEADERSHIPS --- when I have already declared BREECH OF CONTRACT DATE OF MARCH 2016.

They would rather kick me out into the streets of homelessness once again instead of revealing this great dark secret they have.

If I cannot get a supportive national view of what is going on -- they will be successful because I am just one man, one cliient, one story that has been placed forward --- they want to deny me my civil rights.  They would rather let me die instead of thrive.

One of these two conversations are relevant of that quote and the other
relevant to the subject title of this email.

For the community here does not care for these people that keep calling on me [ in some regard against my work freewill ] time and time again,
because they see a heart apparently that no other persons have given
them..... but they still think they have their right of behavior over common
decency and they do not.

They wish the world will change to their perspective of chaos as thought they are the most important thing in the world, when they are not.

I also realize that this trending self-focus that I am basically up against
from one side of this assisted association == I have the same problems
as they trying to carry on upward united with me a compassion beyond end.

What I am meeting with are obstacles and roadblocks and barriers
I am so far totally unable to define --- but in so their urgency
cannot be put on hold.... they place themselves in hold here --
and I cannot hold them here in this disguise that I am their safe place
savior of circumstances.

They are at their point in life by their own choices and their own
circumstances.  They are responsible for those choices and ultimately
responsible for their life conditions at this very moment of time they
cross mine.

So too am I in this same shifted balance and cannot be shuffle around
to imbalance myself out to help others out of balance of idealism I do not
allow to become the behavioral norms here.

This is the imbalance of this place --- as a place for assistance
when the community does not respond to my calling for a place
to go for referrals.  When I don't have that -- I have to ask them
[ whomever they are ] for two real world referrals of their trust
bearing life for which I will make those calls or contacts as I need.

This only if they are going to stay more than two day here, for after two
days where in the world they want to be directed to after 7 or more days
coming up.

I will find the recourse somehow to put them onto a line of transport there.

I cannot stand here and watch a community fail to help one by one
and fall they will.

In this I will enclose a letter of disappointment that the options are
so limited to my help upon them --- that at this time, if they come back
here for more time, they are in a violation of circumstances that I cannot control.

Even if that is an emergency type of situation after-hours with absolutely no respect on my time and my energy for whomever else might be here.

That be even if that is myself alone for my time for myself is just as importance here.

The allowance of that kind of rudeness deserves them out bounds beyond limits I cannot comprehend.  They either respect this and come here on a lesser frequent repeating cycle of learning of less of 2 days which was in fact my vision of ideal share time space presence when I developed the concepts here to put to the universe and then into community.

Where they find a stepping stone of help without giving up and collapsing in some kind of destructive events of insanity I do not know.

They are in the cross-hairs of this era of time when we are living and breathing in a new human dimension of thought powered by advancements in technology.

If they have not yet concluded their background check criteria may effect the people and choices they can make from this point forward,and conclude something drastic needs to be put upon them.... for CHANGE NOW OR ELSE.

This is truly their idealistic place to go out to live in their state of mind that has no commodity of trade for resource for living expenses of any kind.  They cannot be a burden upon those who love them much less complete strangers or apparently so stretched of resource public services. Emergency Shelter living apparently already their choice to avoid, and in many ways I agree.  That is because they find themselves
in my accompany and I realize their state of mind.

Study shows direct link between state spending habits and AIDS deaths

Despite considerable advances in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS over the past 30 years, HIV infection rates have remained stagnant in the United States for the past decade. A study by researchers at the Yale Global Health Leadership Institute (GHLI) examines links between spending on social services and public health and AIDS deaths in the United States. The study was published online in the journal AIDS.

The researchers reviewed data between 2000 and 2009 from all 50 states regarding HIV/AIDS case rates and AIDS deaths. They found that states with higher spending on social services and public health — such as education and income support — per person living in poverty (according to the federal poverty threshold) had significantly lower HIV/AIDS case rates and fewer AIDS deaths. 

“Our findings highlight the potentially critical importance of spending on social services as an element of HIV prevention and treatment to reduce HIV/AIDS diagnoses and AIDS deaths,” said Kristina Talbert-Slagle, lead study author and senior scientific officer at Yale GHLI. “It is interesting to see how much HIV, a virus, is affected by social determinants. We know heart disease and diabetes can be influenced, but we don’t often recognize how much rates of infectious disease can be influenced by social factors.”

Previous research has demonstrated that insufficient income, limited transportation, inadequate housing, and food insecurity can limit access to and ongoing engagement in the care and treatment of people living with HIV and AIDS, as well as their adherence to medical routines. The Yale GHLI study is the first to establish a significant association between state-level social services investments and clinical health outcomes for people at risk of HIV infection or for those living with HIV/AIDS.

This work defines an element, often missing from health policy discussions, in improving outcomes for this important population and underscores the importance of social factors in affecting health outcomes both for people at risk of becoming infected with HIV and for those living with HIV or AIDS, said the researchers. 

“HIV and AIDS still affect a significant percentage of our population. We need to do something different to reach those people who are not being treated and to generally prevent new infections. Perhaps analyzing where money is being spent is the start for new ways to address HIV,” says Talbert-Slagle.
